Welcome to Visionary 360 University, operated by Visionary 360, Inc. (“Visionary 360, Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online education platform, including all courses, services, content, tools, and materials offered through it (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country to use our Services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you affirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

All training content, videos, materials, templates, documents, slide decks, quizzes, and proprietary methods available through Visionary 360 University (“Licensed Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Visionary 360, Inc., and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Licensed Materials solely for personal or internal business learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Licensed Materials without prior written consent from Visionary 360, Inc.
Unauthorized use of Licensed Materials may result in termination of access and/or legal action.
5. Payments and Refunds
Some courses or Services may require payment. All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Unless specified otherwise in a separate written agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, or content at any time.
6. User Submissions and Feedback
If you submit suggestions, feedback, comments, or other content to Visionary 360, Inc., you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate it into our Services without compensation or attribution.

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, monitor platform performance, and support security. By continuing to use our Services, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal action related to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Termination
Visionary 360, Inc. may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately expire.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Multi-Language Notice
These Terms are presented in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancies between translations and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
