Refund and Returns Policy
At Visionary 360 University, our goal is to provide high-quality, actionable training that empowers technology solution providers to implement, optimize, and manage their systems with confidence.
Because our training programs include instant access to digital content, video-based instruction, and/or proprietary templates and guides, we’ve established the following policy for refunds and returns:
🔒 Digital Course Purchases (DIY and Consultant-Supported)
All course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:
- Self-paced (“DIY”) courses
- Consultant-assisted (“Guided” or “Assisted”) programs
- Courses that include downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, checklists, etc.)
Access is considered granted once your user account is created or activated and any course module becomes available to you.
🤝 Consulting Add-Ons or Bundled Services
If you purchase a consulting package or bundle that includes course access, onboarding, or advisory services, refunds may be considered before services begin. Once consulting has started or appointments have been scheduled, the purchase is considered final.
If you experience a technical issue or believe you received a product in error, please contact us immediately.

While refunds are not guaranteed, we are happy to help resolve any concerns and ensure you get the most from your enrollment.
⚠️ Unauthorized Use and Account Sharing
Refunds will not be issued in cases where course access is shared or misused. Your account is licensed for individual use only unless otherwise specified in a group license agreement.
